* A comprehensive evaluation of your medications, both prescription and over-the-counter, along with supplements.

* Identification of any drug interactions, side effect profiles, and nutrient depletions of which you should be aware.

* Any issues that I find with your medications and supplements, along with ways that you can correctly use your medications (ex: time of day, with/without food, etc.)

* Detailed nutrient depletions created by your medications and ways to handle these.

* Any other lifestyle changes that you could make to help your medications to work better for you.

* After booking, you will receive an email with instructions on how to fill out the Meds and Supplements List.
Please return this to me no less than 24 hours before your appointment. At your appointment time, I will call you and go over the report with you and will email you a copy for your records.
