This is a comprehensive, functional medicine consult that includes:

A personalized hormone test kit shipped directly to your home
A full review of your symptoms and health history
A 60-minute 1:1 consultation to connect the dots
A customized Functional Medicine Protocol Plan
Optional BHRT recommendations for your prescriber
And clarity you haven’t gotten anywhere else

Here’s how it works

Step 1: At-Home Hormone Testing

Once you complete your intake forms, I ship your kit straight to your door. Depending on what’s best for your symptoms, you’ll do:

A fingerstick blood spot,
Saliva collection (spit into a tube), or
Dried urine test (pee on special paper and let it dry).

No blood draw, no waiting room, no stress.

Just you, your kit, and a short trip to the UPS box.

Your kit typically arrives within 5 business days of form completion. Once you send it back, lab results take 7–10 business days.

(If you’re still cycling, timing your test on cycle day 19–21 can affect this window.)

Step 2: 60-Minute Virtual Consultation

Once your results are in, we meet one-on-one (virtually, of course—no office space here… yet).

We connect your labs to your symptoms and create your personalized plan together.

You’ll receive a Functional Medicine Protocol Plan that covers:

Targeted nutrition & meal guidance
Stress & sleep strategies
Exercise & movement support
Mindset coaching
Supplement recommendations
AND…

Step 3: BHRT Recommendation Sent to Your Prescriber

If hormone therapy is appropriate for you, I write a precise, evidence-based BHRT plan tailored to your labs and symptoms. With your permission, I send this directly to your prescribing provider and/or pharmacy so you can get started.

This step removes the overwhelm of advocating for yourself—you’ll have my clinical guidance behind you, every step of the way.
